The Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR) plays a key role in driving fixed operations sales across the dealership, including parts, service, and collision, and is an opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and sales growth.

Requirements

A high school diploma and/or GED is required
Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and ability
Three years in parts merchandising
Two years of truck parts sales
A valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and gross profit targets set by the Aftermarket Sales Manager
Maintain regular contact with established accounts
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Promote and sell all applicable products and services
Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers
Stay up-to-date on vendor products, merchandising programs, dealership systems, and credit policies
Make daily contact with major accounts
Manage travel and entertainment expenses within budget
Perform other duties as assigned
