About The Position

What You’ll Do Own and operate our affiliate marketing program across networks and direct partnerships Recruit, onboard, activate, and manage affiliates including publishers, creators, content sites, and niche partners Build and optimize commission structures, incentives, and promotional calendars Stand up a robust measurement loop to track post rates, content quality, and conversion metrics (GMV, CVR, and New-to-Brand impact). Establish weekly operating rhythms to analyze seeding efficiency and pivot strategy based on real-time outcomes. Engineer "scroll-stopping" unboxing experiences designed to maximize organic story tags and high-retention video content. Collaborate with the broader Performance Marketing team team to refine attribution and connect creator activity to broader DTC performance. Manage affiliate tracking, links, codes, contracts, and payments Monitor performance, compliance, fraud, and brand usage across all affiliates Analyze affiliate and social commerce performance to drive optimization and growth Support creator-led affiliate and social commerce initiatives across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Collaborate with creators on shoppable content, UGC, and performance-driven campaigns Work closely with the Partnerships team to support and operationalize partnership-led initiatives Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Paid Media, Finance, and Legal teams Stay up to date on affiliate marketing, creator economy, and social commerce trends What We’re Looking For 3–6+ years experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or social commerce Proven experience managing affiliate programs end-to-end Experience managing Impact Radius platform Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking, attribution, and compliance Performance- and data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills Experience working with creators or social platforms Background in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple partners and campaigns For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Annual Salary Range $80,000—$100,000 USD

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or social commerce
  • Proven experience managing affiliate programs end-to-end
  • Experience managing Impact Radius platform
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking, attribution, and compliance
  • Performance- and data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
  • Experience working with creators or social platforms
  • Background in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple partners and campaigns
