About The Position

The Marketplace Partner Manager is responsible for driving growth for the publishers in their portfolio, as measured by the number of active merchants connections, conversions and total payouts tracked in the marketplace. The Marketplace Partner Manager maintains a strong pulse on the publisher's business, while also collaborating with the sales and customer teams to help in positioning and materializing the Everflow value promise for prospective and existing brands.

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of affiliate marketplace or affiliate network experience in the US. Global experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical background and a solid grasp of affiliate marketing business
  • Familiarity with CRM and data consumption tools
  • High proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Partners in your portfolio. Know your partner's organization, key stakeholders, and be known to them.
  • Identify W/M/Q opportunities from your partners portfolio, and ensure these get properly curated and amplified across relevant partner agencies and brands in the marketplace.
  • Facilitate the ramp up of new newly onboarded partners in the marketplace, ensuring a seamless integration experience and shortening time to revenue.
  • Identify improvements opportunities based on agencies and brands feedback, collaborating closely with the product team, to develop new features needed to drive growth.
  • Optimize processes and test new news to streamline the promotion and display of potential advertiser connections to partners.
  • Closely track performance of your partners. Use data to prioritize and direct your efforts and resources to maintain all partners in your portfolio actively participating in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with peers in sales, partnerships, marketing and customer success to make sure marketplace value is maxed out at every step of customer lifecycle.
  • Articulate and convey Everflow’s value proposition and technology offerings effectively.
