Requirements
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Minimum 6 months of experience in affiliate marketing
- Experience managing a large number of partners
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus
- Understanding of main traffic sources, funnels, and traffic acquisition models
- Ability to conduct research
Nice To Haves
- Experience in this vertical is not required but is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration and setup
- Launch and optimize affiliate campaigns within allocated budgets
- Monitor performance and hand over high-performing partners to another Affiliate Manager for scaling.
