About The Position

1st Phorm is hiring an Affiliate Performance Manager to coach, develop, and scale a portfolio of independent affiliates who drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue through social media, content platforms, email newsletters, personal networks, and in-person relationships. This role is designed for experienced affiliate or partner managers who know how to: Coach people, not just manage links Build repeatable promotion systems Drive consistent sales performance across multiple channels Our affiliate ecosystem (internally called the Legionnaire Program) is the backbone of our growth. Your responsibility is to help affiliates perform at a higher level — strategically, consistently, and sustainably — while scaling revenue for the brand. You do not need experience in the supplement or fitness industry. You do need a proven track record of coaching affiliates, ambassadors, creators, or partners to generate measurable sales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, creator management, or performance-based sales
  • Proven experience coaching affiliates, ambassadors, creators, or partners to drive revenue
  • Deep understanding of monetization through: Social media platforms Content sites and blogs Email newsletters Personal and in-person relationships
  • Strong communication skills across phone, video, text, and written formats
  • Comfortable holding others accountable while genuinely caring about their success
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and performance-driven
  • Willingness to work fully in-office at 1st Phorm Headquarters in St. Louis

  • Experience managing large affiliate or ambassador portfolios
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Experience scaling ambassador, creator, or partner programs
  • Consumer brand or DTC experience

Responsibilities

  • Coach affiliates through 1:1 calls (phone/video), group trainings, and ongoing daily communication
  • Develop affiliate skillsets across: Organic social media promotion Personal brand development and storytelling In-person and relationship-based selling Website/blog and email newsletter monetization Sales psychology, consistency, and execution
  • Onboard and train new affiliates into proven systems and expectations
  • Set and manage monthly performance goals tied to DTC revenue
  • Track activity, performance, and retention
  • Maintain detailed documentation for every coaching interaction
  • Identify growth blockers and provide actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve and scale affiliate systems
  • Lead by example by building your own personal brand and demonstrating best practices
  • Assist with recruiting, events, and brand activations
  • Travel for events and recruiting trips a minimum of 6 weekends per year (with optional additional travel if desired)
