Leidos is seeking an Intelligence Planner supporting the AETC/A2 staff at Randolph AFB, TX. In this pivotal role, the Intelligence Planner will engage across a wide spectrum of high‑visibility initiatives, contributing to Operational Planning Teams, Strategic Action Plan events, the Corporate Structure Group, Concept of Operation development, and training strategies awaiting approval. Note: This is for a potential opening with a targeted start date of mid April. The AETC/A2 Intelligence Planner will: • Use strategic thinking and analytic thought to analyze planning efforts and develop appropriate recommendations to the directorate. • Provide intelligence planning support to various Operational Planning Teams, Strategic Action Plan events, the Corporate Structure Group, Concept of Operation development, and training strategies for approval, as well as directorate engagements with other MAJCOMs and HAF A2/6. • Coordinate Air Force‑sponsored international intelligence training to strengthen security assistance collaboration and foreign military sales partnerships. • Demonstrate knowledge of intelligence capabilities, responsibilities, and procedures, and how they apply to the Air Force, AETC, and the intelligence directorate. • Support the intelligence directorate in performing strategic and operational analysis and production, with a strong emphasis on intelligence support related to AETC planning efforts. • Analyze key information and evaluate the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi‑faceted issues. • Monitor and review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, instructions, and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) within the Air Force and DoD, making recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration. • Generate weekly updates to the director through briefings and established written reports, assessing the progress of innovation and learning transformation initiatives across the command’s organizations. • Perform independent, continuous, detailed analysis of learning proposals and assess the implications of proposals against AETC and intelligence directorate constraints. • Maintain and update planning initiatives and organizational outreach efforts. • Analyze AETC strategic plans, vision, and mission to support efforts in developing an ISR training roadmap. • Analyze and evaluate intelligence systems, policies, and processes as they relate to AFSC awarding technical training and skills courses. • Collect, analyze, track, and report changes, trends, and implications regarding intelligence competencies and learning methods as part of a comprehensive force development plan. • Plan, organize, prioritize, and schedule work activities to complete assignments in a timely and effective manner.
