About The Position

As an intelligence planner on our team, you will play a key role in developing campaign and contingency plans, crisis management options, time-sensitive planning, exercises, and assessments. You will assist with intelligence operations feasibility assessments throughout the planning process, working collaboratively within an intelligence planning team to ensure intelligence equities are thoroughly integrated into strategic and operational-level military plans and orders. Your responsibilities will include documenting intelligence resourcing gaps and shortfalls, developing effective mitigation strategies, and integrating intelligence products and services to support the Joint Planning Process (JPP). You will also synchronize the intelligence cycle, supporting the full spectrum of collection, analysis, production, and targeting activities. In addition to these core duties, you will leverage emerging technology, including tools and platforms such as MAVEN Smart Systems, Compass AI, CamoGPT, and other Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science capabilities. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in intelligence planning at a Combatant Command level
  • 2+ years of experience at a Combatant Command, National-level Intelligence Agency, or Service Component
  • Experience with joint and combined, multi-domain operations planning, campaign and contingency planning, and developing and maintaining base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs
  • Experience with National Intelligence Support Plans, the Joint Staff, and Combat Support Agencies
  • Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs, including JIPOE, Center of Gravity Analysis, Enemy Courses of Action, and Annex Bs
  • Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
  • Knowledge of Joint, Bilateral, and Multilateral Exercises
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and military decision-making process
  • Experience with foreign or planning and theater campaign strategies
  • Experience with organizational leadership
