This unique, shared internship provides the opportunity to work across both organizations on a collaborative summer project focused on community health, environmental mapping, and workforce - connected learning. The intern will split time (approximately 20 hours per week each) between DHF and CHEST, gaining experience in program operations, communications, and data systems while contributing to a real -world, community -based project. The Aerospace & Community Health Program Intern will support program implementation, communications, and data tracking across both organizations. This role blends project coordination, community engagement, marketing, and data analysis, offering hands -on experience in both workforce development and public health initiatives. The intern will play a key role in supporting a summer student project that uses drone technology, mapping, and data collection to better understand community conditions and inform local decision - making.
