About The Position

Day in the life Step into our Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls, WI facility and put your hands to work building precision metal components that power aviation, defense, power generation, and space programs. At Ace Precision, your craftsmanship supports commercial and business aircraft, military platforms, spacecraft, and critical aftermarket repair and overhaul needs. From your first shift, you'll follow clear work instructions to fabricate, form, and assemble sheet metal parts with consistent accuracy. You'll move between forming equipment and finishing stations to turn raw material into flight‑worthy components. What you'll do Interpret simple sketches and routings to guide your work. Set up and run manual forming tools, including rolls, expanders, and planishers. Operate equipment such as sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders. Deburr parts for most of your shift to deliver smooth, safe, and spec‑compliant edges. Verify quality using tape measures, vernier calipers, and Pi tapes; confirm acceptance before moving parts forward. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • A steady hand, a quality mindset, and the ability to follow standardized procedures.
