You will further support reliability of fielded products through the in-service support of the product line. You will focus on the full life cycle of projects from initial concept design, testing, and eventual deployment. You will be responsible for the proactive identification of project risks, assess quantitative data, perform root cause and corrective action, and collaborate with production, testing, and design personnel responsible for small rocket motors. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of experience as a systems engineer
  • Experience working as an In-service engineer
  • Experience working with energetics or solid rocket motors
  • Ability to collaborate with people from test, manufacturing, and operations backgrounds
  • Ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations
  • Ability to determine and interpret client business and technical requirements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
