What you’ll do Design, deploy, and maintain an aerospace‑grade Quality Management System aligned to AS9100 and ISO 9001. Run internal audits and inspections across CNC machining operations to validate compliance with regulations and in‑house procedures. Lead corrective and preventive action activities using structured root cause methods. Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with engineering and production to improve process capability and product conformity. Deliver training and mentorship on quality procedures and best practices to elevate team capability. Compile and present management reports with key performance indicators and prioritized improvement opportunities. Track industry trends and regulatory changes to keep our practices current and compliant. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field. 5+ years of quality leadership in aerospace machining. Proven command of AS9100 and ISO 9001 frameworks. Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving aptitude. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Ability to lead teams and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
