Aerospace and Defense Program Manager

HybronEl Segundo, CA
5d$133,000 - $211,000Onsite

About The Position

Join Hybron at the intersection of two explosive-growth markets: advanced 155mm artillery munitions (a multi-billion-dollar defense sector surging due to global demand) and precision aerospace components like turbine blades and vanes powering converted aircraft engines for reliable, high-efficiency electricity generation—especially critical for the booming data center industry. As a key player in an early-stage hardware tech startup, you'll wear many hats in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role demands seamless transitions between deep technical engagement and high-level strategic leadership. We're seeking a proven program manager with 5+ years of experience in project, program, or product management—ideally backed by an engineering foundation and customer-facing success with government entities, international partners, or defense contractors. Direct experience with weapon systems or munitions is a strong plus. In our lean startup culture, we prioritize high common sense, fierce ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the drive of a true self-starter who thrives on wearing multiple hats. In return, you'll have outsized influence over product direction, company strategy, and industry-shaping innovation in composites and advanced manufacturing. Your contributions will deliver tangible impact—advancing national security through next-generation munitions and enabling the clean, resilient power infrastructure that fuels AI and data centers worldwide. This is a rare chance to accelerate your career in a high-growth environment that rewards bold thinking and rapid execution
