Join Aprio's GSA Consulting team and help federal contractors maximize the value of their GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts. Aprio is a fast-growing top 20 account and advisory services firm seeking an experienced GSA MAS Consultant who can immediately step into a client-facing role and independently manage contractor relationships across the full MAS lifecycle. This role is designed for a hands-on industry professional who has supported federal contractors from the commercial side, understands how MAS contracts operate in practice, and can proactively solve problems, manage expectations, and guide clients through complex compliance and operational decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting federal contractors from the industry or consulting side
  • Direct experience leading GSA MAS offers and maintaining active MAS contracts
  • Demonstrated expertise in GSA MAS pricing strategies, contract modifications and ongoing compliance requirements
  • Familiar with GSA eMod and eOffer.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a client-facing consulting role
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate confidently with executive stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker and proactive problem solver who takes initiative
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Consulting experience supporting multiple federal contractors
  • Exposure to additional federal acquisition vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs)
  • Experience advising growing or mid-market contractors navigating federal sales expansion

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary consultant supporting GSA MAS contractors across the entire contract lifecycle
  • Lead and execute GSA MAS contract acquisitions, including: Evaluation of transactional data reporting requirements Development of pricing strategies Preparation and submission of eOffer documentation Negotiation of terms and conditions with GSA
  • Independently manage GSA MAS contract maintenance, including: All required contract modifications (pricing, administrative, scope, and compliance-related) Advising clients on MAS compliance obligations and best practices
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them understand how to operationalize and maximize their MAS contracts
  • Develop and manage client project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proactively manage client relationships, expectations, and communications, including interactions with executive leadership
  • Identify risks, anticipate issues, and recommend practical solutions before problems escalate
  • Contribute to Aprio thought leadership, tools, and internal process improvements
  • Mentor senior and associate-level team members and support team development initiatives
  • Participate in internal strategic planning and firm initiatives
