About The Position

We are seeking a multi-faceted individual to assume responsibilities for the administration of Advisory fee pricing and billing and support the Advisory program management team. This role is for someone who enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced dynamic environment and is seeking an experience that supports day-to-day deliverables to maintain the business. An ideal candidate should have the skillset to prioritize and focus on multiple projects, bring a high attention to detail and become a contributing member of the team from day one.

Requirements

  • solid understanding of Wealth Management, included the managed accounts business
  • working knowledge of portfolio construction process
  • proven ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues

  • background and understanding of strategy, technology and operations
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • series 7 and Series 66 licenses within six months of joining the team

Responsibilities

  • support pricing inquiries from Financial Advisors, including escalations for FA compensation and client billing inquiries.
  • assume responsibility for day-to-day management of Advisory Pricing inbox that captures field requests related to pricing guidance, compensation review, account linking and more
  • independently review, process and action requests related to Advisory fee billing, including collaboration with key internal stakeholders
  • perform ad-hoc requests that include data analysis, report creation, presentations and various business management tasks
  • serve as associate program manager for the Advisory platforms to manage operational issues, strategic & tactical initiatives, field inquiries and sales/marketing support
  • facilitate strong interaction with various business areas and other teams such as Legal, Compliance, digital strategy, FA Compensation, Ops, Technology, Marketing, Asset Management and Communications
  • assist with management of recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly tactical tasks related to the platform
