The Advisor, Strategic Philanthropy (Major Gift Officer) is a senior frontline fundraising position within Susan G. Komen’s Major Gifts & Planned Giving team. This role is responsible for managing and growing a national portfolio of high-capacity donors across multiple regions, developing strong philanthropic partnerships, and securing multi-year and leadership-level gifts to advance Komen’s mission. This position operates in close collaboration with Donor Experience Officers, National Director of Donor Experience, and Vice President to deliver a high-touch, donor-centered experience and to maximize revenue outcomes across assigned regions. This role is a senior individual contributor position with no direct management responsibilities and is focused exclusively on donor relationship management, cultivation strategy, and revenue growth at the national level.
