The Advisor, Sales Planning and Integration, plays a critical role in executing MBUSA's sales planning processes across the entire Mercedes-Benz portfolio in the United States. This position coordinates monthly, annual, and long-term planning activities to drive alignment between production, wholesale, retail, and inventory strategies to optimize sales performance and maintain healthy stock levels. Beyond technical planning, the advisor is expected to analyze retail pace and run rates to steer strategic volume decisions and identify opportunities for growth. The role also leads the preparation and facilitation of integration meetings that align cross-functional teams on future sales plans, driving consensus on key measures and actions to support business objectives. Key planning responsibilities include monthly Kufri planning, annual MBBP forecasting (two-year outlook), and strategic five-year model-level planning. Management briefings and storytelling is an essential part of the role.
