About The Position

The Advisor Help Desk Associate collaborates with business partners in relationship management, sales and operations to meet the needs of our external advisors who partner with us on workplace retirement plans. In this role you will act as a center of excellence to our 401(k) advisors and internal business units by managing requests and projects that are driven from the broker- dealers and RIA firms we work with in workplace investing. Requirements

  • Ability to navigate internal business partners and external firms to deliver on an advisor’s request.
  • Proficient at account reconciliation.
  • Effective at navigating and de-escalating critical situations.
  • Experience with leading multiple, sometimes intricate projects that require strict service level agreements.
  • Strong organization and ability to govern time efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with client and/or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Building and developing strong working internal relationships.
  • Serving as a subject matter authority to other Relationship Management business partners for advisor-related 401(k) and tax-exempt retirement plan inquiries.
  • Researching and resolving data feed and Fidelity Connect portal issues for external broker-dealers and RIAs.
  • Supporting Managing Directors to deliver a first-class advisor onboarding experience.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to business partners through phone and email.
  • Mitigating risk for our firm by preventing and correcting 401(k) advisor payment errors.
