Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field from a recognized institution.
  • 2+ years of client facing/customer service experience within banking, finance, ag business, or a related industry.
  • A passion for our customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and provide clear instructions.
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI.
  • Detail orientation with excellent documentation, planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills, adept at analyzing and identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Ability to present insights and recommendations to decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Nutrien Financial's business model, finance program offerings, and market strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Nutrien Retail colleagues and Nutrien Financial personnel in an assigned territory on relevant Nutrien Financial systems, processes, and finance program offerings, including digital offerings, to help drive agriculture input sales and financing volumes.
  • Provide expertise and testing support for Nutrien Financial system implementations and sustainment activities.
  • Cross-train and support Advisors, Programs, and the Nutrien Financial Operations and Enablement team.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the Advisor, Programs role and continuously assess opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of and stay ahead of seasonal trends for assigned territory.
  • Build positive working relationships with Nutrien Financial, Credit and Collections, and branch personnel within the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with Nutrien Financial Territory Managers and branch personnel to ensure consistent understanding and application of system functionality, processes, and finance program offerings.
  • Identify gaps in the application of Nutrien Financial policies, procedures, and processes using finance program and exception data, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Act as a key contact for field personnel, Nutrien Financial, Credit and Collections, and cross-functional teams, providing troubleshooting, answering questions, and offering assistance as required.
  • Support the prioritization of ServiceNow tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work to resolve tickets—including completing transactional corrections where applicable—within service level agreements.
  • Facilitate or collaborate with other Nutrien change management teams to support change management activities, including maintaining site content, developing training materials, hosting training sessions, and coordinating communications.
  • Engage with Nutrien Retail branches during the launch of new Nutrien Financial offerings in the assigned territory.
  • Lead change management activities for Nutrien Retail branches related to Nutrien Financial systems, processes, and finance program offerings.
