Provides coaching and individualized guidance to employees participating in education courses. Supports learners in developing time management skills, study skills, and test-taking skills. Develops curriculum to support Network initiatives and drives talent reskilling/upskilling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Education.
• Five years’ experience teaching in the K-12 or higher education setting preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of effective preparation for standardized testing preferred.
• Experience with using MS Office preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Education preferred.
• Hold a valid education teaching certificate.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes adult learning strategies and active learning formats to engage and support employees participating in talent academies or other professional programs
• Coaches employees individually and in groups to fosters learning through positive experiences
• Supports development service line/department frameworks for onboarding, competency, and annual education
• Consults with internal content experts to identify optimal design of curriculum, effective instructional methodologies, and meaningful uses of multimedia in support of onboarding, competency, and professional upskilling
• Communicate frequently and effectively with stakeholders and supervisor to ensure that goals and objectives are being fulfilled
• Support the alignment of education to the Network’s strategic goals by collecting information and data to help determine the return on investment of educational programs
• Assists with coordination of specific special projects and events
