This involves consulting on program offerings, facilitating philanthropic conversations to understand client goals, and providing solutions for sophisticated transactions and client issues. The role focuses on optimizing the client experience in Operations and Service to drive satisfaction, quality, and efficiency, fostering long-lasting relationships. The Account Management team is dedicated to ensuring high-quality philanthropic experiences, serving ultra-high net worth Donors and Strategic Advisor Firms. As a junior member, this role is crucial in delivering outstanding service and solutions. The team collaborates closely with various parts of the Fidelity Enterprise, including Personal Wealth Management (PWM), Workplace Participant Services (WPS/WI), Stock Plan Services (SPS), and Fidelity Family Office Services (FFOS). Account Managers serve as single points of contact for Strategic Advisory Firms, managing relationships that represent billions of dollars in managed DAF (Donor-Advised Fund) Assets, with interactions significantly impacting lasting client relationships.
