Job Purpose and Impact The Digital Tech and Data (DT&D) Early Career Program Lead job guides the creation of effective and engaging learning experiences for the Technology Development Program, focused on early career employees at Cargill’s tech hubs globally. As a recognized subject matter expert in learning and development design, this job design s , implement s , and continuously improve s early career programs — including internships and rotational assignments — ensuring these experiences are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with DT&D goals. This job applies instructional design principles, technologies and digital tools to guide the design, development and implementation of measurable and scalable experiences that drive performance focused employee skill development.
