What Standards & Compliance Management contributes to Cardinal Health The Commercial Enablement organization for the Cardinal Health Pharmaceutical segment is responsible for developing, communicating, and leading the execution of market strategy and profitability optimization through pricing and value-capture activities at both the strategic and tactical levels. The group uses modeling, analytics, and econometrics to create pricing strategies for our products and services. The Standards & Compliance Management function is the quality management arm within this team, specifically ensuring the use of standard operational and decisioning approaches across the segment as well as overseeing and optimizing correct implementation of pricing decisions in alignment with strategies and commitments within customer agreements. Job Summary This role will be responsible for the administration, execution strategy, and operational excellence efforts over our customer agreement pricing compliance program. This individual will play a key role in the development of external reporting, providing more real-time visibility and driving key data insights to customer compliance performance in the pharmaceutical segment. The role will also have direct interaction with senior leaders across Business Units and will work in close partnership with key functions in the segment (e.g., Sales, Finance, and Operations) and offshore service providers.
