Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Communications, Government Relations, Business, or related field, (or 12 + years relevant work experience equivalency)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Previous State Commission and Energy industry experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that issues escalated to MISO senior management are largely mitigated.
  • Establish and maintain an internal customer relationship with the MISO subject matter experts in various operations and planning fields in order to best serve the external customer.
  • Serve as a thought leader and presenter via seminars, conferences and roadshows.
  • Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve individual and organizational excellence.
