About The Position

In this role, you will play a supporting role in managing contracts and supplier relationships. In addition, this role is responsible for supporting business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives effectively and on time. A Day in the Life Manage a high volume of contracts and related communications while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Review and cross‑check consulting agreements prior to scheduled meetings to confirm accuracy and completeness Collect and track required tax documentation from meeting participants Conduct verification checks for meeting attendees as part of compliance and due‑diligence processes Maintain accurate databases and organized electronic filing systems to support audit readiness and reporting Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
  • Highly proficient with the following computer program systems: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,) Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom (or other similar systems) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex or diverse information
  • Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and work well in group problem solving solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, listening skills
