About The Position

Join an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and intuitive consumer marketing team to gain valuable experience in our marketing division. The Advertising Service Representative will advise store owners, also known as our members, proactively address their integrated marketing needs. They will follow through promptly on all member requests, and will work in a fast-paced and team oriented environment to complete tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma
Experience with standard business computer applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft)
Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
Problem solving
Excellent organizational skills
Personable, confident, and a great communicator, both written and oral
Attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple projects within a given time frame
Time management skills
Adaptability and prioritization

Responsibilities

Promote and sell the Do it Best Corp. local advertising and retail branding strategy to new and existing members
Process member sale orders including imprint review, and monitor the orders through delivery to members
Work with members by using the advertising programs to maintain or increase their overall marketing efforts
Analyze demographic reports to select best distribution routes
Communicate with Territory Sales Managers and outside vendors regarding mailing, printing and distribution of circulars and ADpak components
Stay current with changing postal regulations and their effects on distribution of member’s circulars
Advise members on customized circulars and proof layouts before submitting to printer and verifying member’s circular before billing
Maintain continuous contact with members to increase marketing efforts
