About The Position

Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo is an authentic Florida dude ranch located on 1,700 beautiful acres overlooking the scenic Kissimmee River, just one hour south of Orlando. The AdventurePark Activities Coordinator will help guests create remarkable vacation experiences by coordinating comprehensive recreational programs and special events. This position involves monitoring five specific attractions: Air Jumper, Zipline, Rock Wall, Mechanical Bull, and Bounce House. The coordinator is expected to participate in cross-training for other resort activities during slower seasons, partner with other departments to promote the activities center, and foster an energetic, fun, and active environment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment is crucial, along with demonstrating a team player mentality. The company emphasizes core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Must be at least 18
Have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Required to pass a background check
Required to pass a drug test
Prove eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Coordinate comprehensive recreational programs and special events
