ELS is hiring for the position of Activities Coordinator in Point, Texas. What you'll do: The Activities Coordinator directs the planning and implementation of our resort activities and events. This position will also assist with housekeeping and covering the Ranger Station as needed during peak season.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in events or activities planning.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills.
  • Strong technology skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort, as well as private events at the resort facilities.
  • Coordinate and manage all preparations for events: arrange food and beverages , book entertainers , and other duties as required.
  • Review requests and select vendors to conduct informational seminars.
  • Maintain open communications with resort management, guests and vendors.
  • At all times, r epresent the resort in a professional manner.
