They focus on creating remote, impact employment. This seasonal position is for a self-motivated, analytical customer service team member to work from home. The role involves coordinating outdoor travel stays, managing customer relationships and questions, and collaborating with site hosts to provide excellent customer service for a client specializing in unique private property and public campsites, RV parks, treehouses, and cabins for outdoor adventures. Communication primarily occurs via email, phone, and chat, including responding to voicemails. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence in autonomous decision-making and ticket resolution, possess strong communication skills, and exhibit computer expertise for back-office support. The role requires readiness to undertake additional support and operational tasks across various systems. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary during peak seasons, including Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
