About The Position

HigherRing is an ethical outsourcing partner for socially responsible companies, focusing on creating remote, impact employment. They are a B Corp, climate-neutral certified, and a 1% for the Planet member. This seasonal position, running from May 8 to September 12, 2026, offers a starting hourly rate of $16-$19. The role involves coordinating outdoor travel stays, managing customer relationships and inquiries, and collaborating with site hosts to ensure excellent customer service for a client specializing in unique private property and public campsites, RV parks, treehouses, and cabins for outdoor adventures. Communication will primarily be via email, with phone and chat support also required, including responding to voicemails. The successful candidate will work directly with the client, providing back-office support from home, and will be expected to handle additional support and operational tasks across various systems.
