The Advancement Services Coordinator provides essential administrative and data support to the Development team, including gift entry, acknowledgment processing, donor database maintenance, and reporting support. This role also manages accurate tracking and reporting of volunteer engagement, in-kind contributions, and distribution center inventory. A successful candidate ensures all contributions are recorded properly, donor and volunteer records remain current, campaign tracking data is reliable, and monthly reports are timely and precise. This position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage routine processes with accuracy, efficiency, and discretion.
