Advanced Team Member (Team Trainer)
About The Position
At Chick-fil-A Pasadena, our Advanced Team Members (ATMs) are essential to delivering operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and team growth. As highly skilled and dependable leaders within the restaurant, ATMs set the bar for efficiency, professionalism, and hospitality. This role bridges high performance with leadership development-providing hands-on opportunities to influence operations, train and mentor others, and model Chick-fil-A's commitment to care and excellence every day.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Fully available Fridays and Saturdays; open or close at least twice weekly (Mon-Thurs).
- Averages 30+ hours weekly over a 90-day period.
- No disciplinary actions or more than 3 call-outs in the past 90 days.
- Willingness to work holidays, mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 3 months of Chick-fil-A experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency and leadership across all Front of House (FOH) and Heart of House (HOH) positions.
- Train, coach, and develop both new and seasoned team members in all operational areas.
- Uphold and reinforce Chick-fil-A Pathway standards, including food safety, quality, and guest service.
- Lead by example in delivering fast, accurate, and friendly service at all times.
- Support daily operations with initiative, adaptability, and teamwork.
- Promote a positive, caring, and team-oriented work environment.
- Maintain professionalism, a growth mindset, and consistent accountability.
- Submit timely and thorough Training Updates and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with Operations Leads, Managers, Directors, and the Owner/Operator on special assignments and restaurant goals
