About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our cookie and ice cream shop. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving desserts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
• Basic math skills for handling cash

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Scoop ice cream and serve cookies according to shop standards
• Prepare desserts, toppings, and beverages as needed
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions responsibly
• Keep the front and back of the shop clean and organized
• Restock supplies and ingredients
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure fast and friendly service
