About The Position

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Standard tasks are to be performed as specified by the Ohio State Nursing Board and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws. This is a full-time, day shift position, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will provide various Cardiology services to women. Some travel is required, and experience in Cardiology is required.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Experience in Cardiology
• Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Current APRN License in the State of Ohio
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships
• Computer skills to access patient medical data from UHHS mainframe
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years As a NP Preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
