About The Position

Saint Luke’s Plaza OBGYN Clinic is expanding and is excited to welcome a new advanced practice provider to our growing team. We are seeking applicants with previous OB/GYN experience and Women’s Health or Nurse Midwife certification to join our well-established, busy practice located at Saint Luke’s Hospital – Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. The role is full time, 1.0 FTE, Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm. No weekends, no holidays , and no call schedule. Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider

Nice To Haves

• Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Nurse Midwife certification
• Prior OB/GYN experience

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient health data to develop appropriate care plans
• Identify expected outcomes and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide comprehensive clinical coordination and case management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans
• Utilize prescriptive authority in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes
• Provide education to patients, families, and clinical staff
• Support and mentor team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing research
• Adhere to departmental policies
