About The Position

Saint Luke’s Plaza OBGYN Clinic is expanding and is excited to welcome a new advanced practice provider to our growing team. We are seeking applicants with previous OB/GYN experience and Women’s Health or Nurse Midwife certification to join our well-established, busy practice located at Saint Luke’s Hospital – Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. The role is full time, 1.0 FTE, Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm. No weekends, no holidays , and no call schedule. About the Practice · Join a collaborative team of 6 OB/GYN physicians · Busy, patient-centered practice · Full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care · Fully integrated Epic EMR Key Responsibilities · Collect and analyze patient health data to develop appropriate care plans · Identify expected outcomes and implement individualized plans of care · Provide comprehensive clinical coordination and case management · Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans · Utilize prescriptive authority in accordance with state and federal regulations · Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes · Provide education to patients, families, and clinical staff · Support and mentor team members · Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing research · Adhere to departmental policies What We Offer · Extremely competitive compensation package including a guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives · Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance · Malpractice coverage · Tax-deferred retirement plan with employer match · Generous paid time off · Annual CME allowance Qualifications Required: · Master’s Degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program · Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience · Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider Preferred: · Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Nurse Midwife certification · Prior OB/GYN experience About Saint Luke’s Saint Luke’s serves the West Region of BJC Health, one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
