This opportunity delivers care at our Community Hospital East location: 1400 N Ritter Ave, Suite 520, Indianapolis, IN. Highlights Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in East Indianapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated , experienced advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred. General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding M–F schedule with one holiday per year and every fifth weekend rotation Competitive compensation and benefits package Epic EMR Licensure & Certification Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
