About The Position

Sentara Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving Sentara Cardiology Specialists team in Charlottesville, Virginia. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-established group of cardiology professionals while providing comprehensive care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Position Highlights Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient Care – Average of 16 patients per day in the office and 5–6 patients per day in the hospital. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. No Call Requirements – Enjoy work-life balance with a predictable schedule. Collaborative Team Environment – Work alongside 7 physicians, 1 APP, and a highly skilled team of 30 support staff. Join a busy, well-rounded practice including general, invasive, electrophysiology, and interventional cardiologists. This position focuses on supporting general cardiology in both the clinic and hospital settings. Located in Charlottesville, Virginia, this position offers the perfect blend of professional fulfillment and quality of life.
