Riverside Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Structural Heart Cardiology team at Riverside Cardiology Specialists in Newport News, Virginia ❤️ Join Our Heart Team at Riverside! Advanced Practice Provider – Structural Heart Cardiology 📍 Newport News, Virginia | Full-Time If you're passionate about cardiac care and thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact! 💼 Your Role: Work Monday–Friday in both inpatient and outpatient settings, partnering closely with our Structural Heart and Electrophysiology physicians. You’ll be part of a respected group of board-certified cardiologists offering a full spectrum of services, including: Stress Testing SPECT Myocardial Perfusion Imaging Echocardiography Holter Monitoring
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner: Master’s in Nursing NP License & Certification FNPs must have a cardiology subspecialty for hospital rounding
- Physician Assistant: Master’s Degree PA License
- Required: Current Virginia medical license (or eligibility)
- DEA registration
- Commitment to professional excellence
Nice To Haves
- Prior cardiology experience or a strong cardiac nursing background
- Familiarity with TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, PFO/ASD procedures
- Experience with cardiac registries is a plus
