Key responsibilities include defining engine controller functionality, specifying sensors for control and safety systems, managing engine valve operations, commanding power distribution, establishing physical/electrical interfaces, and developing requirements documentation. The position also involves supporting make/buy decisions, integrating advanced propulsion systems across multiple controller devices, and leading work on instrumentation, harness, and ignition systems. Experience in testing and anomaly resolution is essential, along with supporting meetings and issue resolution.
