This specific Adult Programs Coordinator position is hybrid, requiring residency and work to be performed within the State of Arizona, with an onsite expectation of at least once per week. The Adult Programs Coordinator is responsible for providing oversight and direction in the development of Evidence Based Practices (EBP) for behavioral health and substance use services across the Medicaid segment network, including outpatient, inpatient, medication assisted treatment (MAT), and opiate replacement services (ORS). The role focuses on EBPs identified by SAMHSA/NREPP, ensuring fidelity to established models. This position involves establishing partnerships with providers, assessing service utilization, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting program quality and outcomes. Additionally, the coordinator represents the organization in AHCCCS Adult System of Care meetings and initiatives, contributing to system-level planning, collaboration, and continuous quality improvement.
