Adult IOP Therapist – Evening Program (Substance Use Focus) Location: High Focus Centers – Pottstown, PA Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM; daytime hours on Friday (In-person) Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience and credentials) High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment services for adults struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Counselor/Therapist to join our Evening Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. Requirements

Master’s Degree in a related field with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain
Prior experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred; experience with adult population preferred

Responsibilities

Facilitate group therapy sessions for adults in the evening IOP program
Conduct intake assessments and Level of Care Assessments as needed
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and clinical staff
Provide support for transition planning and outpatient aftercare
Maintain ongoing communication with families and outside providers (as appropriate)
Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate client care
Ensure timely documentation of clinical services and insurance reviews
Assist with collection of client co-pays when needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
