Adult IOP Therapist – Evening Program (Substance Use Focus) Location: High Focus Centers – Pottstown, PA Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM; daytime hours on Friday (In-person) Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience and credentials) High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient treatment services for adults struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our evidence-based programs and dedicated team of professionals are committed to guiding individuals on their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Counselor/Therapist to join our Evening Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a related field with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred; experience with adult population preferred

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions for adults in the evening IOP program
  • Conduct intake assessments and Level of Care Assessments as needed
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and clinical staff
  • Provide support for transition planning and outpatient aftercare
  • Maintain ongoing communication with families and outside providers (as appropriate)
  • Attend interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate client care
  • Ensure timely documentation of clinical services and insurance reviews
  • Assist with collection of client co-pays when needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
