Adult Emergency Medicine Physician, Per-Diem
About The Position
Saint Peter’s University Hospital is seeking per diem Adult Emergency Medicine Physician to join its Adult Emergency Department. Saint Peter’s is bringing the Emergency Medicine service line fully in-house and actively expanding the department. We are recruiting multiple physicians to build a larger, high-quality, hospital-employed Adult Emergency Medicine group. Saint Peter’s University Hospital is a major academic and community-based medical center providing comprehensive emergency and specialty services, centrally located with easy access to New York City and Philadelphia. The Adult Emergency Department has approximately 45,000–50,000 annual adult ED visits, serves an adult patient population (18 years and above), features a high-acuity, diverse case mix, and offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment. Dedicated nocturnist positions are available.
Requirements
- MD/DO licensed in the State of New Jersey
- Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Current CDS and DEA required
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine
