About The Position

Adult Day Health Care Director – RN (Bilingual Korean/English) Youngs Healthcare , a proud Care Advantage Inc company and Top Workplace 3 years running , is seeking a passionate, bilingual Registered Nurse (Korean/English) to lead our Adult Day Health Care program in Annandale, VA . We offer competitive pay, growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a winning organization. What You'll Do (A Day in the Life) Provide clinical oversight for all adult day participants. Ensure documentation meets state compliance standards . Manage scheduling, inspections, and reimbursement processes (meals & transportation). Deliver outstanding customer service with daily interaction and support for seniors. Partner with the administrative assistant and leadership team to keep operations smooth. Oversee census management, office staff, and floor staff in collaboration with administrators and the Regional VP. Conduct start-of-care assessments and design individualized care plans. Perform supervisory visits to ensure safety and wellbeing. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to align on patient needs. Resolve complaints and incidents with professionalism and care. Build strong relationships with community partners and referral sources . Ensure compliance across patient files and documentation. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in VA (compact multi-state license accepted).
  • Fluent in Korean and English – REQUIRED.
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a facility setting.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Excellent communication skills-verbal and written-across all organizational levels.
  • Tech-savvy with computer/iPad skills for documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in adult daycare or long-term care facility – Strongly Preferred.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid processes preferred.
