Shares behavior and medical information about specific pets in order to match them with adopters. Interacts with potential adopters in a conversational way while processing adoptions and providing pet care education. Provides excellent customer service through phone, email, and in person during all interactions with the public, including conversations about pet adoption, pet retention and rehoming, and scheduling adoption processes and pet meetings. Processes adoption paperwork in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy. Interacts with and is comfortable handling a variety of pets. Assists with disease control and cleaning of areas throughout the day as needed. Works closely with the animal care team to help ensure timely pet meetings. Ensures daily tasks are completed accurately.
