About The Position

As an Adoption Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external client stakeholders to execute adoption and efficiency plans to achieve client goals. You will manage and direct project scope, while identifying risk areas and proposing resolution strategies to leadership. In addition, you will localize the client adoption plan by sharing best practices and leveraging behavior change techniques and adult learning principles. You will function as an integral part of the Adoption community; mentoring and educating other associates on adoption strategy and ensuring best practices are being observed and rolled out across engagements. Requirements

  • At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
  • High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of project management work experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
