Operations Department Vantage’s Strategy & Transformation department is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic agenda across North America. The team drives business transformation, enterprise capability adoption, operational excellence and advanced analytics to support rapid growth and evolving market demands. Strategy & Transformation partners with business units to architect and deliver initiatives that enable the organization to scale, innovate, and achieve sustained value, ensuring that new systems, tools, and capabilities are successfully integrated and leveraged across the business in collaboration with global functions. The team fosters a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and user-centric enablement, tracking key success indicators to monitor engagement and refine approaches for long-term impact. Strategy & Transformation operates with a strong bias for execution, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to build organizational capability for ongoing transformation. Position Overview This role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA. The Manager, Adoption & Enablement, NA is responsible for driving change enablement, enterprise capability adoption, and user readiness across North America. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Adoption & Enablement, this individual contributor role is designed to lead strategic adoption initiatives and hands-on enablement activities. The ideal candidate is a practitioner with a proven track record of coaching and executing change strategies. They excel at supporting others through change, delivering results, and providing practical guidance to teams and stakeholders. Success in this role depends on the ability to balance strategic change leadership with hands-on enablement execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, Communications or a related field required.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in change management, enterprise enablement, or organizational effectiveness roles.
  • Demonstrated success supporting adoption and readiness strategies for enterprise systems and transformation programs.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed, high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational change management frameworks, enterprise communications, and learning strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Strong execution skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to coach and influence peers and project teams.
  • Travel is expected to be up to 15–20%, including domestic and occasional international trips.

Nice To Haves

  • PROSCI or other formal certification in Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness preferred.
  • Background in REITs, data centers, digital infrastructure, technology, or operations-led industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Execute enterprise adoption and enablement strategies aligned with business transformation priorities and system rollouts.
  • Develop and apply methodologies, tools, and best practices for readiness, enablement, training, and communications.
  • Ensure end-user readiness through structured change management and communication plans.
  • Create clear, employee-facing communications that connect transformation efforts to user experience and business outcomes.
  • Implement multi-channel enablement strategies, including role-based training, champion networks, and feedback loops.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, resistance mitigation, and change impact assessments to improve adoption outcomes.
  • Measure and assess the outcomes of change efforts to ensure success criteria are met.
  • Collaborate across the value chain and other business units to ensure adoption strategies are embedded in operational execution.
  • Partner with Enterprise PMO, Product, IT, and People & Culture to support coordinated rollouts of new systems, tools, and enterprise capabilities.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency across enablement practices in North America.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to peers and project teams to deepen organizational change management capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a strong bias for execution, ensuring enablement activities are delivered on time and to standard.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and user-centric enablement.
  • Track adoption metrics and key success indicators to monitor engagement and behavior change across initiatives.
  • Use insights to refine enablement approaches for long-term impact.
  • Promote the integration of feedback and change impact assessments into business planning and post-implementation reviews.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
