The Client Growth team is responsible for driving revenue by building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with PrismHR's customers—including HROs, SMBs, and WSEs—through the promotion of PrismHR's add‐on products and marketplace solutions that enhance client value and create new revenue opportunities. The Adoption Enablement Manager supports both the Client Growth team and the SMB go‐to‐market motion by developing and implementing client training programs, sales enablement initiatives, solution content, and other key activities designed to accelerate the team's goals and overall performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales enablement experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoom Revenue Accelerator

Nice To Haves

  • Specific experiences with channel partners strongly preferred
  • Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and/or Payroll Service Bureaus strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to create, execute, and manage sales and marketing programs to generate revenue.
  • Strong balance of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a desire to assist in developing strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive on-going awareness and adoption of PrismHR's add on products and marketplace partners solutions by creating and managing campaigns and awareness programs that include creating content for nurture campaigns, datasheets, adoption campaigns, and webinars
  • Support client sales enablement activities, including coordinating and delivering content for client presentations
  • Create, curate, and manage sales content, including but not limited to sales playbooks, presentations, and case studies
  • Create and implement partner and internal referral programs
  • Conduct competitive analysis to create battlecards and positioning documents
  • Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices
  • Leverage Zoom Revenue Accelerator to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Partner Relationship, and Revenue Operations to effectively drive revenue generating activities
