The Vertical Client Growth team delivers long‐term, mutually beneficial value to customers (HROs, SMBs, and WSEs) by positioning the right products, services, and partnerships based on identified client needs. They collaborate closely with Client Growth Managers and Customer Success Managers to uncover and create new opportunities. The Client Growth Manager – Talent is responsible for delivering value and driving expansion of assigned Talent Solutions, including PrismHR products, services, and partnerships. This role focuses on generating new opportunities, nurturing leads, and increasing revenue through proactive outreach and consultative selling. The Client Growth Manager engages with prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process.
