We're seeking a future team member for the role of Adobe Workfront Product Owner to join our Marketing Technology team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for Adobe Workfront for our Marketing organization, delivering best practice guidance to maximize platform value. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to create our strategy and define, prioritize, and drive execution of a unified Workfront strategic roadmap. Partner with stakeholders to analyze current workflows, translate needs into scalable Workfront solutions, and recommend optimal approaches to meet objectives and reporting requirements. Identify and implement automation and system integration opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline marketing workflows. Serve as the Workfront system administrator, responsible for platform configuration and maintenance, including custom forms, fields, templates, portfolios, programs, dashboards, reports, and user roles. Oversee system performance, manage updates, and coordinate integrations with Workfront Fusion, Adobe ecosystem tools, and other marketing technology platforms. Establish and enforce governance and data integrity standards, including taxonomy, naming conventions, user permissions, and comprehensive documentation. Manage vendor relationships, including contract renewals, license administration, and coordination of support services to ensure optimal platform performance. Provide training, education, and ongoing support to marketing end users to drive adoption and effective utilization of Workfront.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Adobe Workfront as a system admin or product owner
  • Experience with workflow design, automation, reporting, and process optimization
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Workfront Fusion or other system integration tools is a plus
  • Adobe Workfront certification is a plus
