Focus on overall project management execution and acting as the lead professional on client engagements, to actively contribute to the growth and development of the practice. Provide high-quality, relationship-based advice to clients across the broader technology space. Coordinate and perform business due diligence, lead and execute M&A transactions. Lead discussions, negotiate engagement documents, and participate in business and financial due diligence sessions. Strategically analyze and enhance both financial and operational performance to drive new business initiatives and successfully execute complex financial transactions. Actively engage in client interactions, and networking with prospects to build revenue producing relationships, contributing to the growth and development of the practice. Serve a critical role in presenting comprehensive analyses and conclusions internally and externally to our clients. Assist in building and reviewing complex financial models, quality control, execution, and industry consultation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or a closely related field, plus 6 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any or any finance-related job titles in investment banking.
  • 6 years of experience must include: (1) financial modeling, valuation and building and implementing complex numerical models with MS Excel deriving data from CapitalIQ and Bloomberg, (2) financial statements analysis including discounted cash flow, (3) conducting financial due diligence and executing M&A transactions (4) conceptualizing and developing project approach, methodologies, and analytical frameworks (5) preparing confidential information memoranda, reports and presentations including graphic and written sections to internal and external audiences.
